Refund policy
We offer free 30-day returns on all Aquaflex products.
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, email returns@aquaflex.co.
If approved, you’ll receive a free prepaid return label and instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at returns@aquaflex.co and we’ll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Personal care items
- Undergarments or items with built-in liners
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you may return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still meet the return conditions above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
